AIBF FAMILY CONFERENCE 2026 – REGISTRATION

Dates: April 2nd-5th (Thursday – Sunday), 2026

CAMP SITE: CYC Phillip Island Adventure Resort (1775-1801 Phillip Island Rd, Cowes VIC 3922, Melbourne)

Full-Time Guests

Each Adult (Age 14+) Accommodation & Food = $440/- Per Person.

Each Children (Age 9-13) Accommodation & Food $330 /- Per Child.

Each Children (Age 3-8) Accommodation & Food $220 /- Per Child.

Registration fee $100 per family. Interstate guests do not pay registration fee.

(Thu–Sun, 3 nights / 4 days, fully catered)

Part-Time Guests & Day Visitors

Each Adult (Age 14+) Accommodation $100/Night & Food = $23/Meal.
Each Children (Age 9-13) Accommodation $75/Night & Food $18/Meal.
Each Children (Age 3-8) Accommodation $50/Night & Food $12/Meal.
Visitors Entry Fee Per Person $20 per day.

SPECIAL NOTE

50% discount for full-time guests on accommodation & food.
Registration fee $100 per family. Interstate guests do not pay registration fee.
Infants under 3 free.
All prices include GST.
Check-in: 4:00 PM Thursday | Check-out: 1:00 PM Sunday.
